2. How we collect it

We collect information when you complete a form on our website, book or attend a session, contact us by phone, email or social media, or interact with our ads and website. We collect website and device data automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Why we collect it and how we use it

We use your information to:

respond to your enquiry and arrange evaluations, sessions or programs;

deliver and improve our coaching services;

communicate with you about bookings, schedules and your child's development;

send you marketing about our programs, where you've agreed to receive it (you can opt out any time — see Section 9);

process payments; and

meet our legal, safety and duty-of-care obligations.

4. Children's and players' information

Many of the people we train are under 18. Where a player is a minor, we collect their information from, and communicate with, a parent or legal guardian. By providing a child's information, you confirm you are their parent or guardian and consent to us handling it as described in this policy. We only collect information about a child that is reasonably necessary to provide our coaching services, and we take extra care to keep it secure. If you'd like us to access, update or delete a child's information, contact us using the details in Section 12.

5. When we may disclose information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

Service providers who help us run our business — for example our booking/CRM platform, email marketing tools, website hosting, and analytics providers — who may only use it to provide services to us;

Payment processors, to take payment;

Advertising platforms (such as Meta), in de-identified or hashed form, to measure and improve our advertising (see Section 6); and

Others where required or permitted by law, or to protect the safety of a player or others.

6. Cookies, pixels and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies — including advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel and analytics tools — to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our advertising. This may involve sharing de-identified or hashed data with those platforms. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the site works. You can also manage ad preferences through the settings of the relevant platform (for example, your Facebook/Instagram ad settings).

7. Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including through secure platforms and access controls.
